Aufruf der Tausend: PKK von der Terrorliste streichen
Über tausend Persönlichkeiten unterzeichnen eine von der Initiative „Justice for Kurds“ initiierte gemeinsamen Erklärung zur Streichung der PKK von der EU-Terrorliste.
Über tausend Persönlichkeiten unterzeichnen eine von der Initiative „Justice for Kurds“ initiierte gemeinsamen Erklärung zur Streichung der PKK von der EU-Terrorliste.
1003 Intellektuelle und Persönlichkeiten aus vielen verschiedenen Ländern haben den Aufruf der Initiative „Justice for Kurds“ für die Streichung der PKK von der Terrorliste unterzeichnet und rufen zur Beteiligung an der Kampagne auf. Die Initiative wurde von 29 Persönlichkeiten wie der Literaturnobelpreisträgerin Elfriede Jelinek und dem Philosophen Slavoj Žižek ins Leben gerufen.
In der Erklärung heißt es: In Kurdistan, einem der Orte der Welt, an dem Krieg und humanitäres Leid am intensivsten herrschen, setzt der türkische Staat seine Versuche des Genozids, der Leugnung und Assimilierung fort. Der türkische Staat unter der Regierung Erdoğan legitimiert alle Arten von staatlicher Gewalt in der Türkei/Bakur (Nordkurdistan), in Syrien/Rojava (Westkurdistan) und im Irak/Başûr (Südkurdistan) im Namen des „Kampfes gegen den Terrorismus".
Der türkische Staat, der die natürlichen und legitimen Rechte des kurdischen Volkes nicht anerkennt, wirft kurdischen Parteien, Abgeordneten und Bürgermeistern und Bürgermeisterinnen, die im Parlament legale Politik betreiben, die „Mitgliedschaft in einer terroristischen Organisation" vor.
- Dreitausend Akademiker:innen, die die Kurdenpolitik des Staates kritisierten, wurden unter dem Vorwurf der „Unterstützung einer terroristischen Organisation“ von den Universitäten verwiesen. Hunderte von Journalist:innen wurden unter dem Vorwurf der „Mitgliedschaft in einer terroristischen Organisation und der Verbreitung von Propaganda“ vor Gericht gestellt und inhaftiert.
- In Rojava werden die PYD, die QSD, die YPG und die YPJ, die alle an der internationalen Koalition teilnahmen, die den IS, den Feind der Menschheit, besiegt hat, der „Partnerschaft mit der PKK“ und des „Terrorismus“ beschuldigt.
- Der türkische Staat hat Teile von Rojava unter dem Vorwand des „Kampfes gegen den Terrorismus“ besetzt; die türkische Armee und IS-Mitglieder haben sich in Efrîn, Serêkaniyê und Girê Sipî als Besatzungsmacht festgesetzt.
- Die Erdoğan-Regierung hat das von der UN kontrollierte Flüchtlingslager Mexmûr wiederholt bombardiert, wobei viele Bewohner:innen ums Leben kamen. Die Türkei behauptet, dass dieses Lager, in dem 15.000 Zivilisten leben, ein „Terroristenlager“ sei.
- Auch die ezidischen Kurd:innen in Şengal (Sinjar) werden systematisch von türkischen Flugzeugen bombardiert.
Angesichts dieser rücksichtslosen Angriffe des türkischen Staates und der Regierung Erdoğan haben neunundzwanzig bekannte Schriftsteller:innen und Politiker:innen aus der ganzen Welt die internationale Initiative „Justice for Kurds” gegründet, um sich den Angriffen zu widersetzen und sich mit dem kurdischen Volk zu solidarisieren.
Am 5. November 2021 veröffentlichte diese Initiative eine Erklärung, in der sie die Intellektuellen der Welt aufforderte, sich dem Terrorismus und den Terrorismusvorwürfen zu widersetzen und die PKK von den Terroristenlisten zu streichen.
Zu den Gründern der Internationalen Initiative „Justice for Kurds” gehören die österreichische Nobelpreisträgerin Elfriede Jelinek, der slowenische Philosoph Slavoj Žižek, die US-amerikanische Redakteurin und Künstlerin Janet Biehl, der Sprecher der Afghanistan-Solidaritätspartei Selay Ghaffar, der spanische Abgeordnete des Europäischen Parlaments Miguel Urbán Crespo, der kroatische Philosoph Srećko Horvat, der Generaldirektor der Progressiven Internationale David R. K. Adler; Mitglied des Europarats und italienischer Senator Roberto Rampi; der ehemalige italienische Minister Paolo Ferrero; der spanische Senator Gorka Elejabarrieta Díaz aus dem Baskenland; der Völkerrechtler Prof. Norman Paech; die Präsidentin der Bürgerkommission Europäische Union-Türkei (EUTCC) / Norwegen Prof. Kariane Westrheim; der französische Schriftsteller und Herausgeber Nils Andersson; das französische Mitglied der Kurdistan-Solidaritätskoordination Joel Dutto; das Gründungsmitglied der argentinischen Mütter der Plaza de Mayo Nora Cortinas; der bekannte indische Friedensaktivist Prof. Achin Vanaik; der Generalsekretär der Bürgerkommission Europäische Union-Türkei (EUTCC) Prof. Michael M. Gunter; der deutsche Jurist Berthold Fresenius; der bolivianische Wissenschaftler Prof. Raúl Prada Alcoreza; der ehemalige venezolanische Planungsminister Roland Denis; der ehemalige Kopenhagener Bürgermeister Villo Sigurdsson; die ehemalige dänische Europaabgeordnete Pernille Frahm; der schwedische Menschenrechtsaktivist Benny Gustafsson; der ehemalige norwegische Abgeordnete Erling Folkvord; die norwegische Theaterkünstlerin und Regisseurin Pia Maria Roll; der schwedische Abgeordnete der Linkspartei Håkan Svenneling; der niederländische Gründer des New World Summit Dr. Jonas Staal; der renommierte deutsche Rechtsanwalt Dr. Rolf Gössner; der Sprecher der belgischen Friedensbewegung Ludo de Brabander.
Tausend Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern folgten dem Aufruf der Initiative und sagten „Nein zum PKK-Verbot" und forderten, dass die PKK von der EU-Liste gestrichen wird. Unter ihnen waren Mitglieder des Europäischen Parlaments, Abgeordnete nationaler und lokaler Versammlungen, Senatoren, Parteivorsitzende und Bürgermeister, Gewerkschaftsführer und -vertreter, Akademiker, Journalisten und Anwälte, Leiter und Vertreter von Menschenrechts-, Frauen- und Friedensorganisationen, Künstler, Priester und Umweltschützer.
Bis zum 13. Dezember 2021 haben diese eintausend Menschen aus Europa, Asien, Australien, Afrika und dreißig Ländern den Aufruf „Für Frieden, Demokratie und Menschenrechte, zur Unterstützung der PKK" unterstützt und sich der Kampagne zur Streichung der PKK von der Liste der terroristischen Organisationen angeschlossen.
Zu den tausend Unterzeichnern des Aufrufs „Wir fordern die Streichung der PKK von der EU-Liste terroristischer Organisationen" gehören der progressive Filmregisseur Ken Loach, der pakistanische Professor für Atomphysik und Analyst für politische Verteidigung Prof. Pervez Hoodbhoy, die US-amerikanische Schriftstellerin Lucina Kathmann, die mexikanische Dichterin, Schriftstellerin und Herausgeberin Judyth Hill, der ungarische Abgeordnete und Wirtschaftsprofessor Yanis Varoufakis, der auch Gründungsmitglied der EU ist.
